Your ROI (Return on Investment) should be no lower than a standard business loan from a bank - which is currently 10.25% interest. This is something you will want to evaluate for your own business though, or the one you are investing in.
Depending on the business, you can stretch the maturity of the loan over 1-10 years, dependant upon your profit margin and projection of future revenue. It's a guess if you're starting a new business (I can't tell from your question whether you are the investor, or the business owner, or both) - where are you getting your projection from? Investors will want to know. The newer the business, you might want to stretch the loan repayment over as many years as you can. As an investor, you want the fastest return possible. There are a lot of factors to consider and you'll want to do your homework.

I'm a software trainer and evangelist for Palo Alto Software, the makers of Business Plan Pro. There are certainly many Web sites out there that list free business plans and business planning templates. We have a list of available samples online at our free Bplans.com Website. I just checked our list and I did find a few Cafe business plans listed in our Free Online Sample Plans listing:

That being said, I would recommend using such a completed plan only for ideas and as an example. I would recommend against using another person's business plan as your own without a lot of editing and adjustment. Even if you were to find a successful business plan that matched all the facets of your business, your business would most likely be in a different region, marketing to different customers, charging different prices, encountering different expenses and challenges, etc.

We provide our Sample Plans as examples and idea generators. If you are using our software, you certainly could use any of our sample plans as a starting point, but we highly recommend starting a plan from scratch and referring to samples for ideas when you encounter writers block and keeping the content of your plan original.

As a last thought, almost any expert business planner will tell you that one of the greatest rewards about doing a business plan is what the process of building the plan will teach you about your business. If you use someone else's plan, you'll miss one of the biggest rewards of completing the plan on your own.

You should be able to find plenty of cyber cafes in most major markets. The problem with adding the arcade and everything else you want to have is the noise level. Most people using the Wi-fi want quiet so they can work; not a bunch of noisy machines or people cheering their teams on.

You might want to open two businesses and share one kitchen; but you will have to find a landlord willing to let you put a hole in the wall.

As for your business plan, talk to the Small Business Administration. They might have a sample plan on file. If not, they can still help you develop your plan.
