If they deny you, just ask if they'd be willing to make this deal. You may need to save up a good bit of cash, but it may be your only choice. If they really want to rent the apartment, I'm sure they'll make arrangements. Also, if you have old landlords that can serve as references so they know that you always pay your rent on time . . . if you pay your rent on time.

You pretty much have to just look in a local paper and find on that doesn't mention anything about a credit check. There are plenty of landlords that don't check your credit. They may not be the nicest places or anything, but still. I think it stinks when a landlord checks your credit. Just cause I may have been late on bills doesn't mean that I am not going to pay my rent, I do need a place to live!

The best thing to do is get a newspaper and call all the houses for rent and just say you was wondering if it is still available and how much is the screening fee, If there is no screening fee,Then they don't really check your credit they bass it on your employment and rental history.But if they ask you how is your credit history just say great.

Try ..social serve.com and click Mo They will say if the do a credit check and Background Check ..But most don't.. if you look in Bridgeton or even Hazelwood ..
